• Participation in the games is void in jurisdictions (countries or states) where participation is prohibited by law.

• Etambola assumes no responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the site, and on the parts of other sites where etambola games are played.

• Etambola may modify the sites and make changes to these Official Rules at any time.

• We reserve the right to distribute newsletters to each player although players may opt to be excluded from this service, using the method laid out in the first newsletter.

• Players who win are responsible for any tax and postage/parcel charges that may be applicable to their prize.

• Winners will be notified by email of their prize.

• In each etambola game, each etambola player has one chance to win per day. Players can make a prize claim for each game only once per day. etambola reserves the right to disqualify players who are suspected of making multiple claims for one prize, or who are suspected of deliberately making false prize claims.

• Cash prizes will normally be paid as cheques.

• Players should allow up-to four weeks for delivery of their prize.

• All cheques which are not cashed within six months of their issue date will be cancelled.

• Email notification of prizes does not constitute a guarantee of payment.

• Etambola reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any winner before payment is made, and also reserves the right to refuse payment to any player who violates these Official Rules.

• Prizes can not be exchanged for cash.

• Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.

• Etambola reserves the right to stop any game at any time and for any duration of time.

• Etambola reserves the right to add any game at any time.

• Etambola reserves the right to change the Official Rules at any time.

• Etambola games are void where prohibited by law.

• In all games, if as a result of a hardware or software error of any kind, there are more winning claims than budgeted for, then etambola reserve the right to award the budgeted prizes by use of a random draw among valid claimants.

• In accepting these Official Rules players consent to the use of their names, likenesses, and general locations, for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

• Etambola is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind.
